Almost half of my diet is already over. And I'm glad. I just wish time would go faster! I might've seen some changes in my body and I still felt energetic. I haven't had headaches since the second day of my diet and that is great! Quite tired again in the evening, but other wise just fine. I also found out that you shouldn't exercise while your diet, because I almost fainted from it. But I still continued dreaming of food and now I even started telling my boyfriend what I'm going to eat when I can. I mean I'm not really hungry I just want food. But still continuing with my diet, now I know I can do it!
