Inspired by Zara blazer

One day I was going through Zara collections online and came upon this Zara blazer that I fell in love with instantly. It was bronze colored and I had to have it. Later when I was visiting the online store I couldn't find the blazer anywhere. I asked about it online and got an answer that they don't deliver to USA at the time. I didn't ask anything about the USA and I am not from USA, I send the enquiry from Scotland and asked if they have this blazer anymore. And I also asked could they make their site a bit more easy. It was a bit annoying that I found nice shoes on some model when I was looking at pants, but I had to look for the shoes from the shoes section. H&M's site is in this way much better.

But for the point of this post was my inspiration of this blazer.  I tried to look for the some apparel for this blazer, but didn't found the ones I was hoping for. The Aldo shoes are almost the ones I was looking for. I tried to find some beige or cognac colored platform peep toe heels. And those are quite close to it. I tried to find some navy skinny jeans or pants, but that was impossible, so those pants will do. And also some light blue shirt, this frilled one is actually quite good, but I was looking for some more simple one.

So I decided to draw myself. Though the picture doesn't show so well what I was trying to mean, but maybe enough well. Don't judge me on my drawing, I 'm still practicing.

Do you get these kind of inspirations, that you just know what you want to combine with some apparel? I actually get quite often and sometimes it is a bit frustrating :D

Admiring Emma Watson

And now the story about Emma Watson, finally! I've been waiting to write about her. Mostly because I do really admire her. I liked her from the first moment I saw her. And when watching the first Harry Potter movie I liked her the most from all the actors. She was brilliant! And during all the movies I liked her the most, maybe partly because I liked Hermione in the books also the most.

Since Emma Watson started to do also modeling and fashion work I've liked her even more. She is very beautiful and is the perfect face for many campaigns. I also like her values and the fact that in fashion she is involved in fare trading and other wise making change.

I was totally surprised when I heard she cut her hair and even though it also looks good I liked her long hair more. But she looks more grown up now. And she feels grown up now. She really seems to be on the top of everything she does. Like she controls it that everything she does is good for her.

Partly I'm afraid when I'm going to hear bad publicity about her. There were already few pictures of when she went to a bar and some one got a picture of her underwear and few bikini pictures of her and her boyfriend from some beach, but they are almost forgotten and I don't think they were that big of a deal. And now I'm hoping she wont do any bad decisions which could make her go in to the wrong direction. But at the time I think that wouldn't be a problem with Emma. She seems smart and confident with what she's doing. So good luck the her and her carrier!

Animal love: cats

My new story line is about my love for animals. I've always loved animals and feel that I need them for part of my life everyday. Though right now I have been away from my cats for couple of months, but I will be reunited with them. Already missing them so much! So that is why I dedicate this post for cats.

Many people are divided to either cat person or dog persons. I am cat person. I love dogs and I've had dod when living home and my boyfriend is a dog person, but I just connect more with cats. I love that they are mysterious, self-contained and even though they are funny with their strange habits, but they seem quite smart behind those acts.

And for the main reason why I love cats, looks for yourself how beautiful and cute they are.
Anyone else a cat person?

Tips for group interviews

I wanted to share few tips about group interviews with you incase here is someone who would want some tips.

* First of all smile all the time. But a natural smile or they just think you're freaky.

* Be polite, greet and make eye-contact.

* Listen carefully. It is okay if you ask to repeat question, but show that you listen. And answer the question as it is asked.

* Research the company you are being interviewed for, so that if they ask you questions about the company you may be able to answer them.

And here are few questions you may have to answer:

* What attracted you to this company?
* Why we should hire you? What makes you a good employee?
* How is this company different from all the other companies?
* Tell me about your selve? (you should tell your name, maybe your age, what have you done school, work, voluntary work, anything relevant to the position you are applying for)
* How would your friend describe you?
* What is diversity? And is it important?
* Give an example of when you did a good team work?
* Give a specific example of when you worked without supervision?
* If you would hire a new employee what feature would you look from the applicants?
* What are your goals in your life?

Here are few of the many. But actually you can except almost any question in the interview. I've heard many funny stories and one of my favorites were I was asked 'What action hero would I be?'. I was so surprised by the question I said the second thing that came to my mind. First was Stitch (from Lilo & Stitch) but I think he isn't an action hero, so my second answer was Wonderwoman. And of course I don't know anything about Wonderwoman and couldn't tell why would I want to be her.
So best advice is be prepared for anything!

Pictures are from stockholmstreetstyle.com, and these would be some perfect looks for interviews. The first is quite bright and edgy, but I still love it!

Annoyed with airlines

I travel lot these days. Actually almost too much for my wallet, so I really look for all those cheap airlines for booking my flight. And I've been quite happy with them. Flights are cheap and still the customer service doesn't suffer from it. Only thing is that you have to pay if you want luggage, though you are allowed for one peace of hand-bagage. And for easyjet you hand-bagage can weight as much as you can pul it up. I thought this was a great deal! And luggage fees were only like 22 euros for two ways.

Of course some of these airlines have their own restrictions. Your hand-bagage can only weight 10 kg, or something like that. But for cheap flights I think it is even reasonable. But now that these ideas are out all the other airlines see that this is a great idea how to get more money! So they restrict their hand-bagage to be maximum 8 kg (which is like nothing), and you have to pay extra 30 € for luggage. Though I don't know is it for two-way or just one, but if you are a regular cost airline, why do you need to do this staff? I just can't understand it!

Well I'll see what is the customer service now and will tell you later how was it.

But for now good night, because I haven't since yesterdays morning.

Going away

For the next few days I'm going to be away, so I will be writing if I have time, but not promising anything because this is my vacation. Here are some pictures to show where I'm going to be. Maybe not exactly those locations, but quite close. Does anybody guess where I'm going to be?

More about this trip when I come back or if I have time while I'm on it.
